Do you have problems with barrel water sealing plastic packing?
On the market, bottled water is generally packaged in a plastic bag, which not only looks neat but also prevents the PC barrel from being damaged and dusty during transportation.
The water plant used to manually put plastic bags in the past. Manual bagging was inconvenient because the buckets had to be lifted and then the plastic bags put in them. The bags also had to be tied manually. Workers could cover 300bph each, but they would easily get tired and need a rest. They could not perform continuous physical work.
Then a semi-automatic bagging machine such as BY-KTD-Series was introduced. The barrel was lifted by the machine, and the operator only needed to place a plastic bag on the bottle. At this point, the workers are satisfied because they do not feel tired, but the factory needs to hire more people to cover the plastic bags. At this time, a worker is producing about 500-600 barrels per hour.
With the introduction of a fully automatic bagging machine such as BY-TD-Series, this problem has been solved effectively, with manual operation eliminated, as well as automatic cutting and sealing. It can be used for thin and thick plastic bags. By using constant temperature cutting, the machine can achieve 2000 barrels/hour of output and has a longer service life and better edge sealing effect.
If the factory produces 2000 barrels per hour, 10 workers will need to be employed (shift shift) to do bagging manually. 4 operator to be needed for operate a semi-automatic machine, and 0 workers will be required to operate a fully automatic bagging machine, which can reduce labor costs while improving efficiency, reducing administration costs, and eliminating the complexity of personnel employment management.
