Automatic 5 Gallon / 19 liter Bottle Bagging Machine
The BY-TB-2000 bagging machine is designed and patented by BY to bag & seal the big barrel (5 gallon and so on) automatically. Entire roll film encapsulation, effectively keep the external cleaning and not being damaged.
The automatic operation with high success rate of film sealing, firm structure, stable performance, simple operation and easy maintenance make BY-TB-2000 the perfect solution for water plants.
When the "film feeding", the "feed", the "bags," and the "sealing" are all completed automatically, greater efficiency is achieved, and a docking station can operate unmanned.
Thermostatic sealing knife with Teflon anti-stick coating alloy, sealing temperature is very precise and easy to set, sealing wire is not easy to crack, no edges, more beautiful sealing.
With the cooperation between the electric eye and the timer, length can be automatically adjusted by the automatic feeding system.
The sealing knife has a unique safety device which will immediately stop all movement when mistakenly cut into the packaging, it will not damage the packaging.
